I dont know. Somthing seems to be happening down there. I have realtors down there telling me buyer sentiment is extremely depressed, alongside sales. Downward price shifts take time to gain hold. Once they start, its tough to stop. If some massive price cuts are coming like this one, they will eventually rerate neighborhoods through comps and that will spread neighborhood by neighborhood. Not saying it will as I am observing like all of us are. Let's watch and see how this all plays out.
I know but off late it’s like everyone is a doom goblin while the markets are soaring higher and higher, either people like us are seeing fake red flags or people have become colour blind to the red flags. Left a lot of money on the table by not getting into bull run because I genuinely believe we are in a bubble but it doesn’t seem to correct or burst, I would it rather correct that burst, too many people everyday people will be hurt if it all came crashing down.
